Over the years we have always kept our price increases to a bare minimum and have not increased our prices for two years. We have always felt strongly that we want to help our valued customers with providing outstanding value for money.

However, our costs have increased significantly since our last price increase. Our bills at the 'cash and carry' for cat food, cat litter, cleaning materials, etc; our electricity bills for heating and lighting; our telephone bills; and our staffing costs have all increased by more than 10% since our last price increase.

We have therefore taken the decision to increase our prices from the 1^st April 2024 by a daily flat rate of £2.00 across the board and have made a pledge to maintain this price for the next twelve months at least with no further increases.

We hope that you will understand our decision. We assure you that we will continue to work hard and maintain the very high standards you have come to expect from our five star cattery.
