Important Information Regarding Email Contact

We have become aware that some gmail and googlemail accounts are not recognising e mails from our btconnect address and are placing any such e mails in junk/spam boxes. We are trying to contact customers with g mail/google mail addresses by phone to ensure that messages have been received. Our IT adviser has informed us that if you remove any e mail message from your junk/spam e mail box to your inbox then that should sort the problem. We apologise for any inconvenience caused; so much for technology making life easier!

We aim to reply to all e mails within 24 hours.
