Unfortunately we are aware that when we send an e mail response to someone with a gmail account that the email may end up in the spam folder. We have no idea why and this isn't a regular occurrence, it is an intermittent issue.

Our aim is to reply to all e mails within 24 hours (and we usually manage to achieve this).

So if you do e mail us with gmail and you don't appear to receive a prompt reply then check your spam box or alternatively phone us on 01623 623599.
